We collect information from you when you fill out a background check release form and/or enter your personal information into our system.
When providing information to us, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, social security number, date of birth and address(es). You may also be asked for your employment history, educational degrees, licenses, references, and/or driver’s license number.

To process background check reports.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the background check report requested by your prospective employer/landlord.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Your information will only be shared with your prospective employer/landlord in a background check report. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
