In addition to the many Products and Services we offer, Back Track Screening also ensures that all of our customers are FCRA compliant by providing FCRA compliance tools to all customers at no additional charge. These tools include FCRA compliant adverse action and employment denial letters built directly into our system for easy printing and mailing. Our applicant interface feature allows our customers to deliver all the required FCRA disclosures and release forms electronically to applicants and captures the applicant's electronic signature authorizing a background check to take place.
